Crêpe





200 grams flour
4 dl fresh milk
2 tablespoon white sugar
2 whole eggs
1 pack vanilla sugar
20 grams butter for the first pan cooking

instructions:
beat eggs , sugar and vanilla sugar for few minutes.strain the flour,add the milk and flour slowly while mixing.Let it stand for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator before using or before cooking the crêpe.
Use a non-sticking pan, for the first cookin add a bit butter.
