Chocolate cream /with out egg



8dl fresh milk, 80g-110 sugar,
80 g black chocolates for dessert(75%),
1.5 tablespoon of corn starch
Directions:
Warm fresh milk up to boiling in a large casserole. Cut the chocolates into small cubes.
Add the chocolate cubes in the boiling milk. Stir and mix well.Remove  the casserole from the stove when chocolates is completely melted.

Mix  corn starch and sugar together.Pour warm milk-choco liquide to the mixture(corn starch and sugar) and stir it well.
Put it back to the casserole, heat it slowly with contineous stirring until creamy and smooth. Remove from heat, then let it cool down completely in a recipient. Cover it with a plastic film to avoid the surface to dry. Serve it cool .
Tips: Refrigerate it for few hours or whole night long before serving…ideal with fresh fruits like banana, pears etc..
