Dough for pies



ingredients:

200 grams flour
100 grams butter
2 pinch of salt
0.8 dl water

Directions:

Strain the flour. Put in a large recipient,add salt and mix.

Cut butter into small cubes, add butter to the flour ,mix with your finger, until completely absorb or until you obtain a sand-like texture.

Pour the water and mix them all together ,quickly ,without kneading (to avoid hard cook dough ).
Form the dough into round ,cover and keep in the refrigerator for at least an hour or more before using.

..good for all kinds of fruit and vegetable pies
