Mervielle



Ingredients:

1dl liquide fresh cream
2 small eggs (beaten)
1 pinch of sugar
1 pinch of salt
 zest of half lemon
1 teaspoon kirch
25 grams butter in liquide(cold)


150 to 200 grams flour

Directions:

Beat eggs, add all ingredients except the flour and mix it  all together thoroughly

Strain the flour , add,mix rapidely. Knead the dough. Let it rest for at least 1 and a half hour before cooking.

Roll the dough thinly as much as you can. or until you obtain as thin as a dentelle thickness..Cut dough into round or in small squares. Fry.
