Apple pie



Filling ingredients:

3-5 big apples golden
1 egg
1 small pack vanilia sugar flavor
80 grams sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon powder
1 dl of fresh milk
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoon of peach liqour (facultatif)

Roll the dough for pie and put it in a pie molder with 22 cm in diameter.
Pick the dough with a fork in the center for few times to let air goes out while cooking.

Peel the apples and remove the center. Cut into slices of 2 cm thickness.Put and arrange it well on the dough.

Beat egg,add vanilia sugar flavor, cinnamon powder, peach liqour,  cornstarch and fresh milk. Beat or stir it all thoroughly.
Pour this mixture inside , shake it a bit to be sure that the sauce goes throughout the molder.

Bake for about 35 minutes at 200°C
