Ingredients:
for pannacota:
3 dl fresh milk
2 dl fresh cream liquid
3 tablespoonful sugar
1 vanilla stick
1 vanilla sugar
3 gelatin sheets or 1.5 grams agar agar
for orange caramel sauce:
2 tablespoonful of sugar central (preference cassonade)
25 grams butter
juice of 1orange
Directions:
Mix fresh milk and fresh cream liquid. Add sugar,vanilla sugar.Cut the vanilla stick and remove the grain.Incorporate to the milk.
Boil milk,soak the gelatin in water,drain and incorporate gelatin to the warm milk..Stir until well mix.(with agar agar incorporate it directly to the milk,and let it boil for few minutes).
Pour in a container and let it cool down for 4-5 hours in the refrigerator or in a cool place.
for the sauce:
Put sugar in a casserol.Let it warm until it start to burn.remove from heat, add butter while stirring.Then, add the juice. Stir until everything is completely dissolve.Return to heat slowly ,until caramel sauce is obtain.
