Cheese Pie



Ingredients:

Filling:

100 grams  salted Gruyère cheese
100 grams  Comté cheese
50 grams Vacherin Fribourgeois cheese
a pinch of black pepper
a pinch of Nutmeg
a pinch of paprika doux
2 to 2 1/2 dl fresh milk
2 eggs
1 spoon of flour

Directions:

Dissolve flour with milk, add salt, paprika, black pepper in a recipient and mix. Beat eggs and  incorporate.
Mix the 3 kinds of cheese  together and add to the mixture.Mix well all the ingredients and pour it to the dough .

Make dough for pie ,you can find the recipe in my blog (archive). or you can use a ready made dough for pies in the market.

Roll the dough, after obtaining a 3 mm thickness, put the dough in your pies molder  (20cm in diameter),  cut the edges of the dough ,pick your dough throughout ,with a fork  , and pour the filling.

Bake for 30-35 minutes at 210°C
