Meringuages..Meringue



Ingredients:

3 white eggs
70 grams crystalline sugar
100-120 grams icing sugar
extrait de vanille

Directions:

Beat white eggs with  crystalline sugar ,add sugar in 3 portion, while beating each portion for few minutes.

Add icing sugar, beat it thoroughly until you obtain a good consistency of a meringue
(at least 10-15minutes beating).add the vanilla flavor,mix.

Bake for 2-3 hours at 150-160°C
