Dough for Pasta







 Ingredients:

500 grams of organic wheat flour (65° of finest)
3 whole eggs (very fresh)
about 1 dl of lukewarm water
1 teaspoon salt or more
1-2 tablespoon of sunflower oil or olive oil

Directions:

Strain the flour. Put in a big recipient add salt,mix. Make a hole on the center of the flour ,put the oil,the lukewarm water and the eggs in this hole, mix  by bringing the flour little by little to the liquid until all flour is completely absorb.

Knead the dough with your hand ,for at least 10 minutes or until you obtain a shinny homogenous dough. Make the dough to round form and put it inside in a  plastic bag for foods.Let it stand for at least 1 hour in a room temperature before using.

The texture of the dough should not be so soft or so hard or else the outcome of your pasta is not good.
