Brownies




Ingredients:

200 grams black cholate for pastry( Nestlè dessert)
100 grams butter
120 grams flour
150 grams ground wall nuts
200 grams brown sugar
3 eggs
3 tablespoon water
1 small pack vanilla sugar flavor
1 pinch of salt

Directions:

Cut chocolate and butter to pieces .Put in the casserole and  add 3 tablespoon water. Melt them both in a casserole by using warm bath (bain.marie) methode.Stir and mix good. Remove from heat ,set aside while beating the eggs.

Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar flavor  and salt together. Add flour (strain) and ground wall nuts ,mix thoroughly.

Add the melting chocolate to the mixture and mix them all together till a shinny homogenous mixture is obtain.

Pour in a baking molder preably protected by a special paper pastry (sulfurized paper) or buttered the molder a bit and sprinkle with a bit of flour to facilitate the remolding after cooking.

Tip: Let it cool down before cutting into small squares..Put a bit of oil in your pastry knife before cutting.

Baked for 20-25 minutes at 160°C (warm air),180°C by electric

use chocolate Ganache  for toppings and half of wall nuts for deco.
