Lemon Pie








Ingredients for filling:

3 juice of lemons
2 tablespoonful yougort nature
4 eggs
100 grams sugar
2 dl fresh milk
1 tablespoon white flour
1 tablespoon corn starch
30 grams butter

Instructions:


Put eggs, white flour and corn starch in a large recipient and beat this all together for about 2-3 minutes.

Put the milk, lemon juice,sugar in the casserole. Mix and cook slowly up to boiling.

Drop boiling milk to the flour mixture while stirring continously, return the mixture to the casserole, add the youyort and let it warm again in a very low heat , continue stirring  until you obtain the creamy texture.

Remove the casserole from heat and add butter to the mixture ,stir and mix well. Then, cover it with plastic film for foods and let it cool down. Remove the film and stir it good.

Pour this lemon cream on the top of the pre-cook pie dough.
Level the lemon  cream throughout the surface of your dough.
Cool it down completely and put the lemon pie in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or more before serving.

Roll the dough to have 5 mm thickness .Put it in your molder .Bake  at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes
